1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "bdzl" refers to the online betting and casino platform accessible at bdzl.io, including all associated pages, services, tools, and features offered under that domain.
• "Member" or "you" refers to any individual who has registered a bdzl account and who accesses or uses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal betting and gaming account opened by a Member following successful registration on bdzl.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Member's bdzl account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or non-cash incentives awarded to a Member under a specific bdzl promotion.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Member on a sporting event, casino game, or other outcome offered on the bdzl platform.
• "Payment Method" means any approved deposit or withdrawal channel supported by bdzl, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency in which all bdzl accounts are denominated.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all platform operations, deadlines, and time-sensitive events on bdzl.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by bdzl prior to authorising withdrawals.

References to "these Terms" include all schedules, policies, and supplementary rules linked from this document, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The bdzl platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you meet this minimum age requirement. bdzl reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be closed immediately, with all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of bdzl complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. bdzl makes no representation that access to or use of its services is legal in all locations. If you access the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting or gaming is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and bdzl accepts no liability for any resulting consequences.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To open a bdzl account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number that can receive SMS verification. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on bdzl. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same household — is strictly prohibited. Where bdzl identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, and any outstanding balances or bonus credits may be voided without notice.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

bdzl requires all Members to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh. bdzl may also request proof of address and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdzl username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any third party to access your account, or use another Member's account for any purpose. bdzl will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdzl support immediately via the live chat feature. bdzl will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily freeze the account pending review.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

bdzl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a Member is found to have violated these Terms, provided false registration information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or created a risk of harm to the platform or other Members. Upon closure of an account for cause, bdzl may retain any balance pending investigation in accordance with applicable law.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bdzl reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 to inactive accounts, deducted from the available balance. Members will be notified by SMS prior to any deductions. Where the balance is zero, no fee will be applied.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

bdzl currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. bdzl reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. Members will be notified of changes through in-platform announcements or direct SMS notification.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum single deposit is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day, and are displayed on the cashier page within your bdzl account. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted for individual accounts at bdzl's discretion.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly under normal conditions. bdzl is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's infrastructure, scheduled maintenance windows, or network issues on the part of the mobile financial service operator.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted during BST business hours (9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday) are typically processed within 30 minutes. Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business window. bdzl does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges which are outside bdzl's control.

4.5 Withdrawal to Source

Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by bdzl's compliance team. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and protect Member funds. Requests to withdraw to a different account or method will require additional verification.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the bdzl platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game category. Sport-specific rules are published on the relevant game or betting section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

5.2 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by bdzl's system and a bet ID has been assigned. Bets placed during technical errors, incomplete odds displays, or system outages may be voided at bdzl's discretion. It is the Member's responsibility to verify that a bet has been correctly recorded before the relevant event begins.

5.3 Obvious Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error — bdzl reserves the right to void or amend the bet to reflect the correct odds. bdzl will notify affected Members as soon as practicable. Winnings based on manifestly incorrect odds will not be paid.

5.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected cricket, football, and other sporting events. Odds in live markets change rapidly. A bet is only accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment the bet is confirmed by the system. Delays in internet connectivity on the Member's side are the Member's own responsibility.

5.5 Casino Games

All casino games available on bdzl — including live table games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — use certified random number generation or certified live dealing processes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the respective game providers and are available in each game's information panel.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are offered at bdzl's sole discretion and may be restricted to new Members, existing Members, or specific player segments. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per device, and per payment method.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated as "wagering-free," all bonus funds awarded by bdzl are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game types will be stated in the specific promotion terms communicated at the time of the offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time limit will result in automatic cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

bdzl employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing contradictory bets to hedge bonus wagering; using multiple accounts to claim the same offer multiple times; making deposits solely to claim a bonus with no genuine gaming intent. Where abuse is detected, bdzl reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void related winnings, and permanently suspend the account involved.

6.4 Modification of Promotions

bdzl reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bets or wagering activity already completed under the original terms. New or revised terms will be published on the relevant promotion page within the bdzl platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdzl platform. Violations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players or third parties, or any form of insider information exploitation.
• Registering more than one account under your own identity or on behalf of another person.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdzl customer support staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code of any bdzl software or game.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Member's account without authorisation.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdzl platform — including but not limited to the bdzl brand name, logo, domain, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, odds presentation, software, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of bdzl or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bdzl platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No Member may copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any bdzl content without prior written authorisation from bdzl.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdzl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bdzl platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, data loss, service interruptions, or third-party system failures beyond bdzl's reasonable control.

bdzl's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit bdzl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The bdzl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bdzl makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability, for which bdzl will not be liable.

10 Privacy and Data

bdzl collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to bdzl collecting, storing, and processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, and where applicable, marketing communications.

bdzl uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Personal data is never sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification services, and relevant authorities where required by law or where necessary to protect the platform and its Members.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your bdzl account.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been active on the platform for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days with immediate effect.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from accessing the bdzl platform.

bdzl reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via SMS notification or an in-platform announcement at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with legal or regulatory requirements. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Member-Initiated Account Closure

You may close your bdzl account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements will be forfeited. Remaining real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 BST business days.

12.3 bdzl-Initiated Termination

bdzl may terminate or suspend your account immediately and without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, if continuation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or operational risk, or if bdzl ceases to offer services to the Bangladesh market. In the event of termination for breach, funds may be withheld pending investigation.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are drafted in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the bdzl platform, bdzl encourages Members to first contact support to seek an amicable resolution. bdzl is committed to addressing all Member complaints in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through bdzl's internal complaints process, the matter may be escalated through appropriate dispute resolution channels. bdzl will cooperate fully in any such process and will respond to all formal complaints within 14 BST business days of receipt.
